Tudor Maier is a music composer based in Westport, Connecticut. His music is a form of expression, a language in which emotions can be laid down and put together in sentences to tell stories.
He wrote the music for the 2018 Emmy Award Winning Documentary called Just Like Me: Vietnam War - Stories From All Sides
(2017) - WTIU/PBS. This is a journey from present to past and back again that follows filmmaker and Vietnam veteran Ron Osgood in his quest to recover fragmented and buried stories of the Vietnam War. Through his own story, and the stories of other Hoosier veterans, Just Like Me
reveals multiple perspectives that are thematically interconnected. These perspectives include North and South Vietnamese, refugee/immigrant, and veteran, artist, musician and writer.
In Just Like Me: The Vietnam War - Stories From All Sides, the unordinary journey from classic and orchestral sound to Vietnamese accents and rock, creates a strong emotional connection between stories and viewers.
